THE COMPANY We provide a broad range of specialized oil field services and equipment primarily to major and independent oil and gas companies engaged in the exploration, production and development of oil and gas properties offshore in the Gulf of Mexico and throughout the Gulf Coast region. These services and equipment include the rental of specialized oil field equipment, electric and mechanical wireline services, oil and gas well plug and abandonment services, the rental of liftboats, coil tubing services, engineering services, the manufacture, sale and rental of drilling instrumentation and the manufacture and sale of oil spill containment equipment. Over the last several years, we have significantly expanded our operations through both internal growth and strategic acquisitions. SELLING STOCKHOLDERS REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT PARTIES Under the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger executed in connection with the Cardinal acquisition (the "Merger Agreement"), the following selling stockholders acquired shares of our common stock in exchange for shares of Cardinal capital stock.
