Superior Energy Services Announces Amended Exchange Offer And Consent Solicitation For Senior Notes Of SESI, L.L.C.
In connection with the Exchange Offer, SESI is also soliciting consents (the "Consent Solicitation" and, together with the Exchange Offer, the "Exchange Offer and Consent Solicitation") from eligible holders of the Original Notes to amend (the "Proposed Amendment") the indenture dated
