Superior Energy Services and Its Employees Donate $400,000 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund

HARVEY, La., Sep 14, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Superior Energy Services (NYSE:SPN) and its employees announced today that they will contribute $400,000 in individual and corporate matching contributions to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund to assist with relief efforts in New York and Washington, D.C.

Superior and its 3,300 employees raised the funds in less than 48 hours. The Company reports that it received 100% participation from its employees. Superior matched its employee contributions dollar for dollar.
