Superior Energy Services Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOUSTON, July 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Superior Energy Services, Inc. (NYSE: SPN) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular cash dividend of $0.08 per share payable on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be paid on August 20, 2014 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 31, 2014.
