(NYSE: SPN) announced today that it has rescheduled its 2009 first quarter results to now be distributed on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 after the market closes. In conjunction with the release, the Company has rescheduled its conference call, which will now be broadcast live over the Internet, on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

The Company has made the decision to release earnings and hold its conference call a day earlier than previously announced due to scheduling conflicts, including the number of companies holding their earnings conference calls on the previously announced date.
